The ideal candidates will possess one or more competencies in each of the qualification categories listed below:TECHNOLOGY QUALIFICATIONS | MARKETING QUALIFICATIONS | INTERPERSONAL SKILLS |
- CRM applications (Affinium Campaign, Aprimo, E.Piphany, etc.)
- Reporting applications (Business Objects, Cognos, Crystal, etc.)
- ETL applications (Ab Initio, Informatica, Data Stage, etc.)
- SQL coding and query tools (preferably at least two years)
- Data Modeling
| - Marketing/Business Analyst background
- Multi-Channel Marketing background
- Customer Data Mining and Analytics concepts and technologies
- Understand closed-loop marketing concepts
- Customer Experience Management
- Marketing strategy and Process Design
| - Communication skills - Strong verbal and written
- Client facing and presentation skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
