Aprimo Marketing Summit: It’s Vegas, Baby

The spectacle of it all, the lights, the glitz, the glam, the shows, the tables, great golf courses, fine dining.  For a few brief days, in the center of it all, there is a gathering of very bright and innovative people discussing best practices and efficiencies around marketing automation.  Keying on the enthusiasm of Liz Kaufman’s blog post last week, Covalent Marketing will be a sponsor at the Aprimo Marketing Summit 2012 in Las Vegas for the 4th year.  Being a recent addition to the Team at Covalent Marketing, I am extremely excited to be a part of the AMS this year.  I am looking forward to the attending the sessions, learning and sharing.  At these types of events, I always like hearing how marketing creativity and the innovation drive success stories.  Marketing is both science and craft.   The Aprimo Suite affords both the scientist and craftsmen the proper tools to create impactful and innovative approaches to meet business demands.

A few sessions in particular I have my eye on include:

  • Tues 2:30 –  IMM Customer Story featuring Aprimo, Teradata and Aster Data
  • Tuesday 5:45 Developer/Sys Admin Workflow Contest
  • Wednesday: 10:45 – Leveraging Aprimo to “Think Nationally, Act Locally”
  • Wednesday 1:00 – Five Best Practices for Creating a Performance Driven Marketing Organization.

The keynote lineup is very appealing – preview a couple of the speakers below.


On Monday I will be playing golf in the Aprimo Charity Golf Tournament. This is a new event at AMS and I am looking forward to dropping some putts with fellow show attendees. Starting on Tuesday you can find me at the Covalent Marketing booth in the product pavilion or sneaking off to a session. Covalent Marketing will be handing out copies of Seth Godin’s newest book, “We Are All Weird”. Of course I will find some time to make my obligated “donation” to the Aria Casino and grab a nice dinner, but I am really looking forward to the innovation and collaboration at AMS2012.
