Why should I become a registered member?
Answer: As a member of the Covalent Marketing Community you will receive several benefits like: having the ability to post comments on our Blog, you can download white papers and past presentations, and more!

How do I become a registered member of Covalent Marketing?
Answer: You can become a registered member by clicking “Create an Account” located in the upper left hand corner of every page.

I am having problems creating a member account.
Answer: Please send an email to admin@covalentmarketing.com explaining the issue you are having and a member of the Covalent Marketing Team will contact you to resolve any issues you encountered.

What if I forgot my member account username?
Answer: Please send an email to admin@covalentmarketing.com with “Username Request” in the subject line. You will receive an email with your username information within 24 hours of submission to your registered email address.

What if I forgot my member account password?
Answer: Click the “Login Now” link located in the upper left hand corner of every page. That will take you to the Login Screen where you can click “Forgot your Password” and submit your registered email address to initiate the reset process. After submitting your email you will receive an email from info@covalentmarketing.net that will contain a link to a webpage where you can reset your password.

Can I update my member account information?
Answer: Yes. Once you login you will have a link located in the upper left hand corner of every page called “Update Profile”. Click this link and it will take you to a page where you can modify your member account information and then click “Update Account” to complete the process.

How will my personal information be used?
Answer: Your information is kept confidential and won’t be sold or given to any 3rd parties. Please visit our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use sections for more detailed information.

Why don’t I see my comment I posted to a Blog entry?
Answer: Comments are reviewed and approved by Covalent Marketing before they are available for a public viewing. Covalent will make every effort to minimize the delay in posting your comment.
