As a core team member, you’ll work with leading organizations to solve complex marketing and technology problems that our clients face on a daily basis.  You will be involved in projects that create, design, and build new marketing strategies, through to helping our clients implement and integrate enabling technologies to support them.  More broadly throughout your career, you’ll get the opportunity to develop strong leadership, problem solving, and people management skills.


Some of your daily job responsibilities will be to:

  • Develop marketing process and/or marketing automation solutions, plus testing approaches, that are well suited to the client’s problem

  • Assist with interviewing members of client teams and curate disparate views into unified perspectives and requirements

  • Gather performance related facts and benchmarks that place the situation into a context and then, after analyzing the data, provide insights on how to improve the overall customer marketing strategy

  • Design new marketing capabilities and processes for our clients

  • Work as a liaison between the client’s Marketing and IT groups 

  • Develop capabilities and skills working with marketing technologies

  • Communicate clearly and concisely in written and oral formats

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent work experience)

  • Ability to think creatively, analytically, and demonstrates broad-ranging problem-solving skills

  • Ability to meet client travel requirements, where applicable

  • Project management skills and the ability to manage/prioritize multiple tasks

  • Motivated and entrepreneurial minded individual 

  • Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work in a team environment

  • A good understanding of basic technology platforms and databases

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Previous project-based internship is preferred

  • Knowledge of Braze, or any other marketing Campaign Management tool (SFMC, Adobe Campaign, Unica, etc.), is a plus

Pay and Benefits

Annual base salary:  $60,000.00 – $75,000.00*

*The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the Covalent Marketing’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role (as well as internal equity and alignment with market data).
