Systems Consultant

Job Description

We are looking for individuals interested in becoming Systems Consultant who will be helping to innovate, develop, and deploy customer-focused, marketing technology solutions that transform how our clients operate.

As a core team member, you’ll work with leading organizations to solve complex marketing and technology problems that our clients face on a daily basis.  You will be involved in projects that create, design, and build new data architectures, through to helping our clients implement and integrate enabling technologies to support them.  More broadly throughout your career, you’ll get the opportunity to develop strong leadership, problem solving, and people management skills.


Some of your daily job responsibilities will be to:

  • Learn and maintain Covalent’s demo environments and provide demo environment support for company/project related initiatives

  • Perform preliminary research on client integration platforms / tech stack to aid in the engagement process

  • Lead initial technical issue troubleshooting and resolution

  • Design new marketing capabilities and processes for our clients

  • Work as a liaison between the client’s Marketing and IT groups 

  • Develop capabilities and skills working with marketing technologies

  • Communicate clearly and concisely in written and oral formats

Job Qualifications

  • Degree / accredited certifications with a focus in Information Technology (or equivalent work experience

  • Functional knowledge in multiple operating system

  • Foundational understanding of APIs/SDKs and system security

  • BASIC programming scripting and database query skills

  • Ability to meet client travel requirements, where applicable

  • Proven track record of being detail orientated

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of Braze, or any other marketing Campaign Management tool (SFMC, Adobe Campaign, Unica, etc.), is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

Annual base salary:  $70,000.00 – $90,000.00* 

Covalent Marketing offers a comprehensive set of benefits including: Performance Bonuses, PTO, 401k, and Health & Dental Insurance.  Applicants for employment must already possess authorization to work in the United States.

 

*The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the Covalent Marketing’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role (as well as internal equity and alignment with market data).
